As our People & Talent Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for multiple clients, offering stellar People & Talent guidance. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that each client receives personalized, high-quality support tailored to their unique needs. You'll juggle a variety of administrative tasks and consistently deliver exceptional client experiences. Your ability to build strong relationships and understand each client's business and workforce dynamics will be key to providing solutions that truly make a difference. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as a reliable advisor, offering premium support and guidance to clients. 
  • Client Support: Provide comprehensive People & Talent services, including HR and Talent Acquisition, tailored to each client's unique needs. 
  • Administrative Excellence: Handle general administrative duties with precision and efficiency. 
  • Adaptability: Seamlessly switch contexts and adapt to changing client priorities. 
  • On-site Presence: Attend onsite meetings regularly and travel to client worksites, meetings, and conferences to expand your skills and network. Travel could be up to 20% of your time!
  • Brand Advocacy: Champion our firm's brand and contribute to business development efforts. 
  • Billing Accuracy: Track billable hours meticulously to ensure accurate client billing. 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Mid-level experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. 
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management or comparable hands-on experience. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Slack, and G Suite. Exposure to various HRIS and payroll solutions is a plus. 
  • Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients effectively. 
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable leading conversations and presenting to groups.

  • Billable Hours: Maintain and track billable hours to meet targets.

Location:  

Hybrid; minimum three days per week between in-office and client visits.

Salary Range:  

$65,000 - $85,000 per year + bonus opportunity.
